NanoX is committed to full transparency regarding delivery timeframes, costs, and processes, ensuring that window film products and materials are shipped promptly, safely, and in accordance with our commitments.

With a network of 4 official showrooms, over 90 authorized dealers nationwide, and trusted logistics partners, NanoX is ready to serve customers across all provinces and cities in Vietnam — from urban centers to remote areas and island regions.

1. Scope of application

This Shipping Policy applies to:

•  Individual customers purchasing window film rolls or materials through the website nanox.vn.
•  Individual customers purchasing film directly at a NanoX showroom.
•  Business customers and dealers placing individual purchase orders.

Note: For window film that has been professionally installed by NanoX, please refer to the NanoX Warranty Policy.

2. Service coverage area

NanoX serves customers throughout Vietnam via:

•  A network of 4 official showrooms in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang.
•  A network of over 90 authorized dealers nationwide.
•  Nationwide logistics partners (see Section 3 for details).

•  Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (lunch break: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM).
•  Saturday: 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM.

NanoX works with Vietnam’s leading logistics providers to ensure fast and secure delivery:

•  GHN — Giao Hang Nhanh (Express Delivery).
•  GHTK — Giao Hang Tiet Kiem (Economy Delivery).
•  Viettel Post.
•  J&T Express.
•  NanoX in-house logistics — applied for bulky items, large-scale projects, or deliveries near a showroom.

NanoX selects the most appropriate logistics partner based on: your location, order size, and requested delivery timeframe.

4. Delivery timeframe

Total delivery time is calculated as follows:

Total delivery time  =  Order processing time  +  Shipping transit time

4.1. Order processing time

•  Orders placed before 2:00 PM: Processed and packed on the same day.
•  Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends: Processed on the next business day.
•  Special orders (large quantities or custom orders): NanoX confirms a specific timeline through direct communication.

4.2. Shipping transit time

The above transit times exclude Sundays and public holidays. In the event of force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, epidemics, or logistics disruptions), NanoX will proactively notify you in advance.

5. Shipping costs

5.1. Pricing principles

Shipping fees are calculated based on the following factors:

•  Delivery location (province/city and distance).
•  Order weight and dimensions.
•  Selected logistics provider.
•  Special delivery requirements (express delivery, doorstep delivery, COD, etc.).

NanoX does not apply a fixed free-shipping threshold. Shipping fees will be clearly quoted to you for each specific order before you confirm your purchase.

6. Order and delivery process

Step 1. Place an order

You may place an order via the website nanox.vn, by calling Hotline 0777.888.797, messaging via Zalo OA, or visiting a NanoX showroom in person.

Step 2. Order confirmation

A NanoX representative will contact you to confirm your order details, provide the shipping fee quote, and confirm the estimated delivery date.

Step 3. Packing and dispatch

Your product is carefully packed with official NanoX authenticity seals applied.

Step 4. Tracking number notification

NanoX sends you the order tracking number via SMS or Zalo so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Step 5. Receipt and inspection

Please inspect the product before making payment or confirming receipt.

7. Special cases

7.1. Late delivery

In the event that an order cannot be delivered within the committed timeframe:

•  Delay due to NanoX’s fault: NanoX will proactively contact and apologize to you.
•  Delay due to external causes (natural disasters, epidemics, or logistics disruptions): NanoX will notify you at the earliest opportunity.

7.2. Remote areas and island regions

For deliveries to remote rural areas and island regions:

•  Delivery time may extend to 5 – 10 business days.
•  Shipping fees will be individually quoted by NanoX for each order.
•  Please contact our Hotline for consultation and an accurate quote.

7.3. International orders

NanoX currently delivers within Vietnam only. International customers are welcome to contact us directly at contact@nanoX.vn to discuss suitable solutions.
