  • Law on Network Information Security No. 86/2015/QH13.
  • Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP of the Government of Vietnam: Personal Data Protection.

  • Vehicle information (license plate, vehicle model) for automotive window film installation.
  • Project information (address, property type, glass area) for residential and commercial window film installation.
  • Selected payment method.

2.3. Technical information when accessing the website

  • IP address, device type, operating system, and browser used.
  • Referring and exit pages before and after visiting nanox.vn.
  • Number of visits, time spent on the site, and pages viewed.
  • Estimated geographic location (based on IP address).

 4.5. Marketing and communications (with your consent)

6. Information security commitment

NanoX is committed to not disclosing your personal information to any external party, and to maintaining absolute confidentiality in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on nanox.vn. Information may be disclosed in cases where it is required by competent legal authorities.

In certain circumstances, NanoX may engage independent third parties for market research or delivery services. In such cases, a limited amount of information may be shared with those parties solely for the purpose of completing the assigned task. These third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements and are permitted to use the information only for the agreed purpose.

NanoX is obligated to promptly notify the relevant authorities for investigation and to inform you in the event that the data server is subject to a cyberattack that compromises information security.

NanoX does not accept responsibility or handle any complaints arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

7. Sharing information with third parties

NanoX commits to never selling, leasing, or exchanging your personal information with any third party for commercial purposes. NanoX only shares limited information in the specific circumstances below, exclusively for the purpose of serving you:

7.1. Delivery partners

  • Giao Hang Nhanh (GHN), Giao Hang Tiet Kiem (GHTK), Viettel Post, J&T Express, and similar carriers.
  • Information shared: full name, phone number, and delivery address — solely for the purpose of fulfilling delivery.
  • These partners comply with their own privacy policies and are bound by agreements with NanoX.

7.2. Analytics and advertising tools

  •  Google Analytics and Google Ads — information is anonymized for website traffic analysis.
  •  Facebook Pixel — used for targeted advertising and campaign performance measurement.
  •  You may disable these tools through your browser settings (see Section 10 for details).

7.3. Legal authorities

  •  Upon receipt of a lawful request from a competent state authority.
  •  For the purposes of investigation, verification, or dispute resolution in accordance with applicable law.
  •  NanoX will notify you (where permitted by law).

7.4. Market research

  •  NanoX may engage independent third-party firms to conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
  •  Information is anonymized and does not identify any specific individual.
  •  Research firms sign confidentiality agreements and may only use the data for the agreed purpose.

8. Data retention period

NanoX retains your information for periods appropriate to the purpose for which it was collected:

  3. Right of access: You have the right to access, view, and request corrections to your personal data.
  4. Right to withdraw consent: You have the right to withdraw any consent previously granted to NanoX for data processing.
  5. Right to erasure: You have the right to request that NanoX delete your personal data.
  6. Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to request that processing be restricted in certain circumstances.
  7. Right to data portability: You have the right to request that NanoX provide a copy of your personal data.
  8. Right to object: You have the right to object to NanoX processing your data for direct marketing purposes.
  9. Right to complain, report, or litigate: You have the right to file a complaint, report, or initiate legal proceedings when your rights are violated.

When using these services, NanoX ensures that:

  •  All partners comply with international security standards (GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.).
  •  Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are in place with major partners.
  •  The volume of data transferred internationally is minimized; only anonymized data is transferred where possible.
  •  All cross-border data transfers comply with applicable Vietnamese laws and regulations.

13. Data breach response

In the event of a data security incident (e.g., a system attack or information leak), NanoX commits to:

  •  Detecting and containing the incident within 24 hours of discovery.
  •  Assessing the scope and extent of the impact to determine the affected data and individuals.
  •  Notifying affected customers within 72 hours of confirming the incident, via hotline, email, and SMS.
  •  Reporting to competent authorities in accordance with Vietnamese law.
  •  Remediating the incident by applying recovery and prevention measures.
  •  Publishing a public notice on nanox.vn in the event of a large-scale incident.

14. Changes to this privacy policy

NanoX may update this policy periodically to reflect:

  •  New or amended legal requirements under Vietnamese law.
  •  Changes in NanoX’s business operations and services.
  •  Feedback and suggestions from our customers.
  •  Evolving international information security standards.

When significant changes are made, NanoX will:

Can I view the information NanoX holds about me?

Can I request the complete deletion of my information from NanoX?

Yes. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. However, NanoX is required to retain certain minimum information to comply with legal obligations (e.g., invoices under the Law on Accounting) and to protect your product warranty entitlements. NanoX will discuss the specific details with you accordingly.

Does NanoX sell my information to third parties?

No. NanoX commits to never selling, leasing, or exchanging personal information for commercial purposes. We only share the minimum necessary information with delivery partners or authorized dealers for the sole purpose of providing products and services to you.

How do I unsubscribe from NanoX’s marketing emails or SMS messages?

You may: (1) Click the “Unsubscribe” link in any NanoX email, (2) Reply “OPTOUT” to any NanoX SMS, or (3) Contact Hotline 0777.888.797 to request removal. NanoX will action your request within 24 hours.

Is the NanoX website secure?

Yes. NanoX uses HTTPS/SSL protocol to encrypt all data transmissions. The system is protected by a firewall, periodic data backups, and 24/7 monitoring. NanoX also holds DMCA Protection certification and is registered with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam.

What should I do if I suspect my information has been leaked?

Please contact Hotline 0777.888.797 or email contact@nanoX.vn. NanoX will investigate and resolve the issue within 72 hours and provide you with the outcome. In serious cases, you have the right to file a formal complaint with the competent authorities under Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP.

Does NanoX use AI or Machine Learning to process my personal data?

NanoX currently uses certain automated analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand overall user behavior in an anonymized manner. Should NanoX apply AI or Machine Learning to personal data in the future, the policy will be updated and your explicit consent will be sought in advance.
