What to do if no warranty information is found
If the system displays the message “Your phone number has not been registered for warranty,” this may be due to one of the following reasons:
3.1. Common Causes
- The phone number was entered in an incorrect format (must be 10 digits, starting with 0).
- The phone number entered differs from the one registered at the time of purchase (e.g., an old number that has since changed).
- The phone number has not yet been activated in the Electronic Warranty System.
- The product was installed by a service provider outside of the official NanoX network.
- An error occurred during data entry at the time of installation.
3.2. Recommended Actions
- Double-check the phone number to ensure it matches the one used during registration.
- Locate your physical Warranty Card (if available) and verify the phone number printed on it.
- Contact our Customer Support Hotline at 0777.888.797 for assisted lookup.
- Visit your nearest NanoX Showroom in person with your Warranty Card for direct support.
NanoX stores all warranty data on both the electronic system and internal records. In the event that an online lookup is unsuccessful, our Customer Care team can still assist you via our hotline or at any showroom location.
