Delivery method

The following delivery methods are applied to all customers who purchase NanoX products. We are delivering products to customers using the following methods:

  • Delivery by Post
  • Delivery by Private Carrier

Special cases: NanoX will support delivery to the bus station or bus station according to the needs of the Customer. In case the Customer wants to receive the goods via the bus station but has not found a shipping company, NanoX will support the search and contact.

Shipping fee

  • Free shipping for orders with a total value of over 1,000,000 VND.
  • Shipping fee is calculated according to the shipping unit’s fee schedule for orders with a total value of less than 1,000,000 VND.

Estimated delivery time

  • For orders delivered within Ho Chi Minh City: Estimated delivery time is 1 – 2 days (excluding holidays as prescribed) depending on the volume of orders currently available at NanoX or depending on the requirements of the Customer.
  • For orders outside Ho Chi Minh City: Delivery time ranges from 1 – 3 days (excluding holidays as prescribed) depending on the requirements of the Customer or the shipping unit.\
  • For provincial orders: Delivery time ranges from 3 – 7 days (excluding holidays as prescribed) depending on the area.

Responsibility from NanoX

In case of delayed delivery compared to the previously announced delivery time, NanoX will notify the Customer as soon as possible. In case of late delivery affecting the Customer, the Customer has the right to refuse to receive the goods.
