Payment policy

In order to bring the best experience to customers, NanoX offers the following payment policy:

Payment time

Orders under 15,000,000 VND

For orders with a total value of less than 15,000,000 VND, you will pay after NanoX completes the construction and acceptance.

Orders over 15,000,000 VND

For orders with a total value of 15,000,000 VND or more, payment is divided into 2 installments:

Instalment 1: Pay 50% of the total order price before NanoX constructs.

Instalment 2: Pay the remaining amount after NanoX completes the construction and acceptance.

Depending on the order value and the construction characteristics of each actual order, the payment installments and the percentage of the payment amount of each installment may be different. In all cases, NanoX will propose and agree on a detailed payment plan with you before proceeding with the order.

Payment method

You can choose the following payment methods:

Cash payment

You can pay in cash to NanoX staff. We accept cash payment for all orders with a total value of less than 20,000,000 VND. If the order is over 20,000,000 VND, please choose the payment method by bank transfer.

Payment by bank transfer

You can pay by bank transfer to the account:
