Warranty policy for greenhouse film
Warranty period
The warranty period of NanoX greenhouse film products is from 3 to 15 years depending on the film code. The detailed warranty period (specific number of years) is attached to the Listed Price List, notified to customers, clearly stated in the information section of the Warranty Card and Electronic Warranty. Customers can check in the Warranty Card/Electronic Warranty or contact NanoX via Hotline 0777.888.797 for our answers.
Warranty conditions
NanoX greenhouse film is warranted in the following cases: blistering, cracking, peeling due to technical errors of the film or technical errors during construction. Cases not covered by the warranty: scratches, peeling, damage caused by user error, fire, natural disasters, floods, etc.
During use, you should clean the glass with a soft cotton towel. Note: Absolutely do not use glass cleaner – strong cleaning chemicals to clean the glass surface, sharp hard objects to rub on the film surface, place heat-generating devices near the film…
Warranty process
Within 48 hours of receiving the warranty request, NanoX’s technical team will come to the site to survey, check and respond to you. If the error is covered by the warranty according to regulations, NanoX will fix the error within 48 hours from the time of responding to you or according to the time requested by you.
